Since I’m just a regular colorblindguy, I will do my best to offer unbiased information about being colorblind.
After researching the topic of colorblindness, I have changed my opinion about the Enchroma glasses. Originally I thought they were a gimmick, but now that I’ve contacted people that wear the glasses, I believe that they are helpful to many colorblindguys.
Check out “A cure?” page, where information is shared about the Enchroma glasses. Keep in mind they are not the only provider for “colorblind glasses”-there’s a bunch on Etsy too. YouTube has many videos showing people’s positive reactions to wearing the glasses. Many use a phrase like “seeing color for the first time”, but that’s inaccurate. It’s more accurate to say “see enhanced colors”, but admittedly it’s not as powerful a title.
I also have the entire range of possibilities for someone being colorblind.
